Patsy Rodenburg, OBE has collaborated with some of the most iconic figures in theater and film, including Judi Dench, Ian McKellen, Daniel Day-Lewis, Nicole Kidman, and directors like Trevor Nunn and Franco Zeffirelli.  She is widely regarded as one of the world’s foremost voice teachers and coaches, with over four decades of experience helping individuals and groups reconnect with their natural voice and presence. Born and raised in London, she has worked with leading actors, artists, business executives, and political figures, guiding them toward greater self-awareness, clarity, and impact through the power of breath, body, and voice.

 

Patsy combines her deep knowledge of classical texts—including Shakespeare and Greek drama—with a rigorous study of the body and breath, creating a unique methodology that brings individuals into the center of their voice and presence. ​Her approach is rooted in the belief that true presence is not performative—it's embodied, vulnerable, and deeply human. Her work has profoundly influenced the world of performance and leadership alike, helping clients from all walks of life access their authentic voice and presence.

 

She has served as Head of Voice at the Royal National Theatre and the Guildhall School of Music & Drama, where she taught for over 42 years Beyond the arts, she has coached leaders across global industries—from CEOs to Supreme Court judges—transforming how they speak, listen, and lead.

 

Patsy continues to teach internationally, offering workshops and retreats that invite participants to rediscover their voice and presence in both professional and personal spheres.
