As a master coach, group facilitator, and career strategist, Kristine Oller guides smart, big-hearted, ambitious adults through important decisions, tough conversations, significant shifts, and inspiring expansions.
Every single month for twenty-one consecutive years, Kristine has coached multiple online and offline groups, helping close to a thousand self-employed and/or multi-hyphenate creators, freelancers, and artists advance their careers, plug their mental energy leaks, and strengthen their business muscles.
She is the developer and coach of the Creating Cashflow Program and she produced and co-hosted the Abundance Bound podcast. She is also an award-winning Golden Circle Member of the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals and served on the board fo NAPO-LA. For several years, Kristine was a monthly columnist for Backstage and she has shared her expertise with a wide range of organizations including Harvard/ART, Caltech, UCLA, SAG, and Women in Film (among many others).
Kristine is also the founder of You First, an exceptional online membership that offers group coaching to individuals who are caregiving for family and friends. Kristine helps these Modern Caregivers stay connected to their own life and their own goals while they give care.
Before her careers as an organizer and a coach, Kristine spent a decade as an actor in L.A. (SAG-AFTRA and Equity) and is proud to say her earnings were always enough to cover her health insurance.
Kristine is undaunted by complexity. She loves the color green, ice cream, and deep conversations with dynamic people. Three of her favorite words are "before and after," but her favorite word is "joy." (That said, her favorite movie is The Exorcist. Followed by Fight Club. Make of her what you will.)
